We had a fantastic day in Canmore with everyone - nana, papa, grandma and grandpa, Linds, Rory and me. Beautiful blue skies and warm sunshine was the perfect weather for our trip to the mountains.
After a stroll through town (and some bargains at the book store!) we had a delicious lunch at one of our favourite spots - The Iron Goat Pub, overlooking the Three Sisters mountain peaks. We even got to enjoy this meal outside on the patio - yes in the mountains in October!!
Rory loved all the cuddles and entertaining nana and papa before our lunch.

Rory has taken a very keen interest in everything that we are eating and drinking.
After our lunch we headed for a little walk around Quarry Lakes, just up the road from the pub. The sun was still shining for some photos with the family.

Our family - a special thanks to nana and papa for making the long journey for a wonderful visit. We all very much enjoyed our time together - memories that will be treasured.
