A day at Fish Creek

With the Spring weather arriving we took advantage of a Sunday afternoon at Fish Creek with the Snider Crew. The big event of course was skipping stones into the creek, with the occasional competition to hit the floating stick or piece of ice. Aidan and Uncle Lindsay were full of giggles and silly games. Maelle also got into the fun, while Bree and Jenna were just beginning to discover rocks and were very curious indeed.

And what is a day out without an updated belly shot. Nine months and waiting for the grand entrance of Canaussie. We'll keep you posted.

Ready and waiting...


We've been busy adding a few finishing touches to the Nursery - a couple of paintings and a favourite character from my own childhood - Curious George. I'm finished work as of tomorrow and I'm hoping to get one more painting done before the arrival of little Canaussie.

Can you believe how quickly the time has gone??

We had a lovely dinner with the Snider Crew on Sunday - with the highlights of the evening being Bree and Jenna's first taste of chocolate cupcakes, a little dancing and first steps and of course bath time to get the chocolate out of ears and noses!!

A Mountain Escape

A couple of weeks ago Lindsay and I took advantage of a weekend away and escaped to the beautiful mountains and town of Banff. We had two fantastic days of sunny skies and mild weather. We did some of our favourite hikes and Lindsay showed off his much improved skating abilities on the frozen Lake Louise.
