Rory had a day full of his favourite things. Favourite foods of pancakes and cinnamon buns to pizza and strawberry cheesecake, a trip to Ikea and a bubble bath! What a day, not to mention a great skype visit with grandma and grandpma Werkman to receive some very thoughtful gifts that will last well beyond Rory's second birthday. A huge thank you for all of the lovely messages wishing our special guy a happy birthday.
Rory was all for blowing out his own candles this year!

Other happenings this week included a visit from the Easter bunny which brought Rory a small Easter egg hunt and his first golf set.

It didn't take Rory long to figure out the golf/hockey swing and quickly became our little golfing pro! He even keeps his eye on the ball better than his mummy does!
